Vodacom is not honest

Once again a complaint about Vodacom. I have been trying to get my contract cancelled since 30 July its now 27 August. I decided to cancel the contract due to Vodacoms abhorrent and condescending service and treatment when i had my cellphone replaced. Mpho Lishiba was originally helping me and said it would take 72 hours for this to be resolved and now refuses to return calls. I have called and spoke to 10 different consultants (check logs) who say the matter is escalated and team leader will call to cancel my contract with immediate effect. I have now had to pay a debit order yet again and no one calls to this moment. Also the previous complaint vodacom said the query was resolved here but this is not accurate, it was not nor did anyone call me, another example of the lies. I truly am at the end of my tether and vodacom has demonstrated that it is not principled. A company like this forgets that this "little guy" will be soon enough be a captain of industry and out of principle there will be no personal or company contracts going to vodacom cause they have no interest nor are they honest in how they treat such a long standing client. Further to that Mpho also assured me someone from the insurance division would call me to discuss the mess that was the replacement of my old handset. Shocking.

More lies. Vodacom says someone will contact me and yet another day no one has called to sort this out.
