Vodacom is not helping

Good evening I called vodacom the consultant name was Ja sithole on 18 October 9:35 and made a arrangement to pay of my debt by them of R10570. 47 so I paid that amount the same day and did not get a settlement letter from them so I called again and the lady who helped me was Mapula 21 October 11:20 she sed I will get a settlement letter in 48 hours and today is 24 October and I still didn't get a settlement letter please assist me in this matter Thank you
