Vodacom is not good at helping

My name is Berenice and I hope you are well but sadly to say I'm not. I just want to say that at this point I did really think that Vodacom was our best option to choose as an ISP but was actually sadly proven wrong when it came to getting a very and i mean Very poor service. We are almost 2weeks without internet and caused by a power surge where we contacted Vodacom and they escalated to Octotel where their response was super quick and the ont was fixed and sorted with no hassles but we are still waiting on the response from vodacom to replace the new router but vodacom already sending me june statement but i have no wifi at my house i sending 1000 of emails and phone calls but no response
