Vodacom is not a good company at all

I had a cellphone contract with the vodacom in 2017 /08/23 which ended in 2019/08/23,unfortunately I payed up late November 25 and decided to cancel the contract, in 2020 March I got a call from vodacom layer's saying my file has been handed over because I ddnt finish to pay my contract,Draaf and Bernard called me, and still sending harassing statements I asked them to send me my statement from 2017 till 2019, they never did but sending gassing statements and then, vodacom has destroyed my credit record using their false statement, unfortunately they refuse to retrieve my statement in order for to prove myself that I am not owing they saying they have handed to their lawyers which can't prove how am I owing them all the send me is this short statement but fortunately it shows that I have paid them up
