Vodacom is ******* nonsense.

Yooooh vodacom would be the death of us.how can a phone be at the shop and not loaded on the system. My phone insurance got approved was happy called Springs mall shop to check if they have a Samsung A55 5g which they said they have even asked if i need it on contract or cash which i said its a claim payout was told by Lerato they have 3 of them went straight to the shop to get the phone only to be told i cant get the A55 5G its a new phone its not loaded on the system who is suppose to load it why is the phone on display if its not loaded on the system now the sales consultant Lerato was forcing me to take something that i dnt want just becoz she wants to push sales. What ****es me is i drove there happy thinking i will get my phonne wats worse is i phoned the shop before i went there of which i informed lerato that i would be taking a phone under claim pay out she could have noted the phone i want is not loaded on the system.Am angry am ****ed am frustrated what happened to Vodacom it used to be the best but currently we suffering becoz of Nkosana #Please came me guy. Whats worse even the manager ddnt bother helping or is it becoz am an African.
