VODACOM is my obstacle

<p>Vodacom listed me in ITC for not paying an account i never open, investigation ws done by mdb (i hv send all the documents they requested)but my name is still listed. Friday 18 May i called ********** /1946 to ask for a letter to show that i've never open an account with them as i'm applying for a bond and the bank need it to approve my application. Till today i have not received the letter even after i hv mention that it is urgent. Zoliswa is one of the supervisor who couldn't help me as i hv spoken to more than 10 consultants. I cannot buy my dream house because of Vodacom? Nonsense.</p>
