Vodacom is mocking our intelligance

JA Vodacom, you charged me for out of bundle minutes on my old contract even though I qualified for 200 free minutes on the new upgrade contract. You probably gave yourself permission to do it somewhere hidden away in the small print but just because you employ some lawyers who think they are more clever than the rest of us, Still does not make it fair, lawful or moral. I feel used abused and hateful towards you people who actually mock our intelligence , patience and good human nature..

Unfortunately I do not feel better about your patronizing call today. What was the point to call me up to tell me things I already know? Vodacom you have worked your fine print out to the very last detail to ensure maximum profit whilst fleecing your customers . So in Feb I was charged my old contract price + Januarys minutes , in March I was charged My New Contract Price plus February minutes. SO WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FREE MINUTES FROM MARCH??? Conveniently they expire at the end of March when you COULD have written my February minutes off against the so called FREE minutes I was entitled to AND PAID FOR in March, that would be the honorable thing to do for a company that expects to retain their clients but no, I must get phoned up to have this concept explained to me because quite frankly it is all part of the mocking ritual that is your corporate culture. I end up paying R538 in Feb, R1149 in March and R650 **estimated in April any idiot can see that Vodacom benefited twice on the March debit order from out of bundle calls made in Feb yet they did not deliver the so called free minutes which were charged for in March.. aaie toggie Vodacom how long do you think you can take your customers for fools .. In a case like this a financial director HAS (not should have or could have but actually HAS) the authority to make a decision but of course no body will because you are all too busy hiding behind your corporate cubicles waiting for pay day... No wonder sites like hellopeter get so many complaints because it is your culture to be inefficient and if I may say so again : engage in ritualistic mocking of our intelligence.
