Vodacom is ****ming people
Last year I had an unknown debit order from Vodacom when I went to check I was told I took the iPhone 15 in Gauteng Alberton or Braam but it was in-store not even an online purchase. When I asked for all my documents which was used I was told it shows nothing on the system then we called the branch they also said not even a hard copies was kept on their file and the person who opened it she's on maternity leave. I was advised in the branch at Gallaria since I'm from Durban to send an email to ***** department course it an Identity theft. I was told to do an affidavit with 3 to 6 signature and my id document and fill in the form did that. After some time I went to check in Mega city I was told the account was closed until this year I have been receiving none stop phone calls from MBD saying I was hand over by Vodacom since I'm owing R6589 they also said I must write affidavit with this signature but still they are calling me. This was a inside job, Vodacom is ****ming people
