Vodacom is ****ming me

Again last night vodacom wants to debit R473 from my account without my permission, they called me 2 weeks back and gave me a number that i should call regarding this matter, i called they gave me another number MBD Vodacom and that number says "Your request can not be processed " and this contract i had with vodacom was supposed to be a 3months contract which hass passed b4 2020, they kept debiting money from me untill 2022 when i took action and called them to close the account they said i should pay areas of R500 first of which i did and told me its closed they debited R356 if m not mistaken i reported the matter here on hello peter they called and reversed that money, now again after 4 years they want to debit money from me.
