Vodacom is milking us for nothing

Thanks to Vodacom, firstly I'm paying for poor network, my calls are cutting everyday and I'm working from home. To poor people areas Vodacom don't care about service. Last month at work they changed our payment date to the last day of the month and I phoned Vodacom to change my debit order, it was changed but guess what because they didn't get a money on the 25th they charging me R100 more but they got the money on the 1st. When I call their call-center they telling me nothing they can do they running a business. (Business to milk people?)
