Vodacom is making too much money..and they dont care about their long time users!

In March 2017 Vodacom sent me a Tablet with 2Gig Data, after deciding not to keep the device I cancelled it within 7 days and also phoned the cancellation department. The package was collected. Vodacom then Invoiced me for April, March & June, after logging a compliant an investiagtion was done and on the 11th of August a credit note was issued for R523.00 on the same day a Invoice was logged for R1634.93 on the same account that was closed-off by the issueing of the credit note.

Until today, 06-10-2016 the issue is still not resolved today alone i have been spending well over 4hours with Vodacom on the line I have been transferred from Dep to Dep.

In the mean time my main cell nr has been suspended for non-payment and I have received a email threat from vodacom of being handed over to the credit buro.

I dont know what to do anymore!!!
