Vodacom is making me their slave

In 2015, I went to Vodacom and asked them to stop my contract which had already passed its 24 month period.

Since then, vodacom then said I owed them +/- R1200 and I paid them because it was negatively affecting my create profile. A lady at vodacom (Vincent-East London) gave me a phone to call vodacom and since then, they never canceled it.

Last year, I received messages and emails from a company called vvm and them saying that I owe vodacom an additional +/- R2700 now.

Since I stopped working in 2015, I has not used Vodacom. I have been using telkom ever since.

Now this is reflecting badly on my profile.

Please help me and I can't be paying for something I am not using and even went to their shop to ask them to stop but never did.

VVM ask me to write an affidavit and I did and sent it to them 05 October 2020. Since then there has been no response.
