Vodacom is making Empty Promises
On the 20th of June 2025 @ 11h28, we received a call from Joice Raphotle with ref *** who advice we are in Credit with our account, and my Nr will go over to prepaid she will send us a email within 24 hours. We havent receive a email. I started to Query my statement see I must pay R206.00 when I wanted to pay the amount they said my contract will only expire in 2027. Again we started the query the account, Olivia is the only one who assisting me. They pulled the recording where Joice confirmed my nr will go over to pre paid, Joice called me this morning saying she got instruction to call me, as they didnt know what to say to me and I am still liable for the account as Vodacom cant be held responsible for account. We have request for the recording, as we want to take this matter further as I am paying for something I don't have.

Then we got EMAIL that state Joy said we got the device we dont have anything to show for contract which have been actived again, until 2027.
Vodacom can't sort any problems,
Vodacom have to take legal liablety for giving false information.
We will also go to Carte blanche as we have everything on record since we started with the issue.
