VODACOM IS LYING AND *****ING MY MONEY

I received a phone call in March 2016, selling 1GB data at a cost of R109 per month. I’ve been deceived into believing that it will be added onto my current contract.

The next day, a sim card has been delivered to my house. I said I didn’t want this, cut the sim card up and phoned Vodacom to cancel this product. Ever since I’ve been billed R109 per month for a contract that I’m not using.

Trying to cancel it has been a nightmare. In January I’ve been told that a cancelation has been logged in April 2016 but never cancelled. I’ve been apologized too, telling me the money will be paid back and the contract will be cancelled. In February the R109 has been deducted AGAIN!!!

I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour 20min NO HELP! Spoke to 5 different operators, telling me different stories. One told me the contract has been cancelled on the 29 of January. Then why money is still deducted from my account? The other told me the account will end in March. And the others just don’t know what to say or do and then transfer me back and forth from one department to the other. And then, no surprise, the system is off after holding the line, on my account for an hour and twenty minutes.

VODACOM is LYING and *****ING my money and time.
