Vodacom is like RSA government USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vodacom employees are becoming like government and Telkom employees, absolutely useless, say something will be done yet nothing is done. called for a cancellation of a contract that has ended. Month later I receive an SMS stating I will be debited month end. Absolute *******, so easy to open up a flippen contract in store but to cancel I must call and hold for long periods of time.
