Vodacom is like Etoll think we idiots.

We started off with a simple contract that has been going for 20 years and all of a sudden it has grown to a monster that Vodacom can't stop or don't want to stop. We have been given the runaround for the past 3 months. No paperwork , recordings can be produced to support this account . I need answer Invoice no:B*** .No handset received originally signed up for R109 today R487.50.Invoice B*** is for Galaxy Tablet that was returned due to FALSE advertising as promised still paying for it. <br> We attendant Vodacom shop they suggested we phone *** / *** we waited for 50 min for somebody to attend and once we got the attention was told to go back to the Vodacom shop.<br> I now need somebody to attend to my complaint and stop telling me we have to ride out the contract.<br> SHOW ME THE CONTRACT OR PLAY ME THE RECORDING WHERE I AGREED TO THESE CONTRACTS<br> <br> <br>
