Vodacom is liers and ***** ones money

Vodacom are the biggest liers. After struggling with bad Home Internet for nearly a year they advised me in my previous Hellopeter complaint they have cancelled my contract. This morning however they deducted the full amount from my bank account and still have not cancelled the service. I want my homeinternet money back and the service deducted as promised. I have zero to non internet at night but paying for an 30mbps line.
