Vodacom is King

So i have been a contract customer with Vodacom for the last 12 years and never really experienced any huge problems but in the last two years (like i guess most people feel the punch) i got very concerned with regards to what they include in their contract packages compare to what you pay. I was on the verge to cancel my contract and move to another network provider but a simple e-mail i sent to them was all that left me now happier than ever and smiling for the next 24 months as i decided that Vodacom wil always stay my network provider!

After the e-mail which i sent one of their call center agents got in contact with me not even 12 hours later and they assisted me with exactly what i am looking for eg. what i can afford in a month on a contract, how much airtime, data etc. at the end of the call not only am i paying less that what i was paying orignally but also got some nice data package included and even after the call with the call center Vodacom followed up with regards to if all is okay and if i am satisfied with the service and deal i got.... yes yes yes!!!

Thank you Vodacom for just making one realise why you still Number 1 network provider and leading in customer services and support. #greatbusiness
