Dear Albert

With reference to your Hellopeter posting.

Please be informed that should a handset require an additional payment on a package, the amount is payable upfront (lump sum) or finance plan which is normally 24 - 36 months. We are unable to assist with removing the handset instalment, as the agreement was for 24 months.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
