Vodacom is JOKE

The worst service, i have ever received in my life, i went to a vodacom in durban, west street requiring to do a simple "Sim-Swap" and it was like i was asking for the president to do a back-flip, I had to keep coming back with documents and stuff they wanted when they could have told me from the start that they can't help me, the staff is pathetic as they have no customer service skills or manners, YOH! I will never open a contract or take a pre-paid account with them, cause they don't value customers, even the manager is not helpful at all, so if you want assistance, think twice before you go to them, because you will regret it.
