Vodacom is intending to rip me off-simply cancel the contract as per agreement

I have four contracts with vodaCom and there is one expiring on the 3rd of July. Today i called to let them know of my intention not to renew it. I spoke to the lady by the name of Hypercia Mnisi and she handled my call very well until she told me that my number will go off on the 31 of July 2016. I asked her why the number will go off on this particular date because my contract is ending on the 3rd of July. She explain that they are going to credit me with full data for that month. I do not need that, we have no contract beyond 3 July. Vodacom is trying to force me to go beyond the expiry date of the contract. Please cancel the contract on the 3rd and credit me with pro-rata for those three days. You have to deduct your amount for three days not beyond that. It is a ****************.

And the fact that you are acting like this, you made me to change my mind. I am no longer going to renew my other contracts with you. I will take my numbers to other network providers. You are not the only network provider in South Africa. I am spoilt for choice.

I do not need a standard automated response. There is no need to do investigation. The matter is simple, we have no contract beyond 3 July. If you deduct full amount, i will reverse it.
