Vodacom is *********** to the core!

I have once more tried to reach out to vodacom to a dead end. The employees I have encountered are all *********** to the core. Apparently my account was handed over to the legal department without my knowledge, no means of communication. the numbers provided all do not handle the calls and those who do give out misleading information. I have been meaning to cancel my contract but I am unable to do so. I am out of the country and as a result I have left Thembeka Mnguni my partner to resolve all my issues with them. However she has been pushed from pillar to post. I even spoke to a store consultant by the name of Salona Naidoo who upon my attempt to ascertain relevant information as to how to cancel the contract eventually hung up the phone on me in frustration mainly citing her limited means to assist me. I even went as far as saying I will seek legal assistance in the matter to which she rep**** by saying I should do so if I see fit. I have thus decided that I will from here forth be seeking legal counsel against vodacom because my balance has since gone up and continues to do so even after paying an amount which exceeds that of my contractual agreement.
