Vodacom is incapable to fix international sms sending

<p>Every time we go overseas, we activate sms roamer and everytime we arrive back in SA and deactivate sms roamer, there is a problem. I cannot send international sms yet can receive them and even phone the person overseas using my cellphone in SA. Vodacom is incapable of fixing their mess, ye they charge me for every international sms that I send but never arrives, especially to AUSTRIA (+43).</p> <p>Vodacom claim that I have entered the destination number incorrectly, yet I receive the sms from our friend/family and I reply (new smart phone technology, so I don't enter the number incorrectly) but my sms does not arrive, yet I am told it was delivered and I AM BILLED FOR IT.</p> <p>This must be the 10th time that I am reporting this same error on Vodacom's part - they even phoned our family/friends in Austria last year and eventuall sorted it out only to work for about 3 months and then again the same error/problem.</p> <p>We know the fault lies with Vodacom and their system - SORT IT OUT AND REFUND US FOR ALL THE MONEY YOU BILLED US FOR< YET NEVER DELIVERED THE MESSAGE.</p>
