Vodacom is in ruins

Whether it is cellphone contracts or fiber, Vodacom has become completely ***********. Their call center staff are unhelpful, they don't listen and their management never return calls. They close open tickets without resolving the issues. Maybe Shameel Joosub should spend less time blocking other communication companies from entering the country, and spend more time working on delivering the services we pay for.
