Vodacom is in competent!

I have tried to cancel my contract for more than n month now. The first few times they haven’t taken the time to even email the cancellation form. The last time they emailed the from I filled it in and send it back immediately. They still haven’t canceled my contract?? The people at costumer care is so *********** and not helpful at all.
