Vodacom is horrific and ***********!

The service at Vodacom is really pathetic. I've been charged an extra fee on my account every month even though my account is paid on time. They never allocated my previous 2 payments properly. And whenever you try contact them you never get through. And don't even get me started in emails! They keep sending me automated replies requesting the same information I've given 100 times before.

It's ridiculous. This is not customer service and it's ****************.
