Vodacom is Horrible

Vodacom does not care about their customers and rather creates frustrations and makes the overall experience worse and worse. I have been trying to open a contract with them since May. It is now 6 months later and nothing has changed, still the same excuses, same obstacles, same lack of assistance... How can vodacom keep rejecting my application based off my credit history when two other network providers approve my application for the exact same device and the same credit reports without a problem.? Does vodacom not want m business, as this is exactly what it appears like. They say it is too low and wont give me a contract higher than R300, while both the other two approve me for a contract worth R900 with the device I want. This large gap is actually unacceptable. How can you treat customers like that? I still have not had any feedback in regards to why I keep getting rejected based on my credit. Vodacom doesnt even know its own systems, so how are people suppose to trust the organisation? Its almost like the company has flagged my account and purposefully blocked my ability to improve my score.

Reviewer Update
Its amazing how my credit profile is not the issue but rather the way Vodacom analyses the report. But yet Vodacom keeps wanting to blame the Credit Bureaus. Same excuse over and over. I am done playing your stupid games with lack of customer service. I will be leaving Vodacom for one of your competitors who actually value my business and using the same credit info you received, is giving me the contract I want as I meet the financial criteria. Its about time Vodacom takes a look at their systems because you losing customers based off your "internal scoring" and unwillingness to assist. Well done Vodacom for losing a customer.
