Vodacom is hopelessly ***********

I wrote a review here on hellopeter complaining about how they have mutilated my address to the extent that I can't even recognise my own address on their statements. I got a response and I was called by a consultant. I went through my address with the consultant who agreed with me that indeed my address had been wrongly captured. I thought the issue had been solved but alas, I was very wrong...especially about vodacom. On the 9th of October I got another mail from vodacom with an invoice and a statement. The invoice contained my old address which I no longer use. The statement had an address which If it were not for the knowledge that its actually coming from vodacom, one would be forgiven to conclude that it was written by a grade 3. Imagine it contained words like "jus" "senikal." I have taken the pains of having to attach the corrections on this review. At this rate, I am considering cancelling my contract than endure these insults. I have contracts with the likes of MTN and Telkom and I can confirm that I have never experienced a problem like this. Changing an address at MTN and Telkom is like drinking tea. Why is Vodacom failing to get it?
