VODACOM IS HOGWASH

VODACOM is hogwash! i am told i have an outstanding account which was settled a long time ago,i went to them to ask for a settlement letter and i was told i owe them even though this account is appearing as closed on all the bureaus. I then asked them to tell me or send me a statement telling me what this money is for and i am told they cant give me that information as it is an old account! i bet this doesnt even make sense to them. I am asking for a settlement letter and they cant give that to me and can not even give me an explanation as to why i owe this account??
