Vodacom is harassing me

Vodacom has been opening accounts in my name since last year, every I have to go to the police station for an affidavit, and still they would open more contracts in my name. Every time I ask them with the details of how the contract was opened they refuse to furnish me with that information. They refuse to even give me details of where or to whom the said devices were delivered to. Of late, I have been receiving calls from people who claim to be debt collectors from Vodacom saying they're blacklisting me. I told them I'm going to the ombudsmen they say it won't help. In the last 8+ months there have been several contracts in my name that I have to go to the police station for. I have had to change banks twice because they would all of a sudden start debiting my account. I am looking for legal advice as to how I can make them stop.
