Vodacom is great

I recently posted a review about one of my contracts that was changed to an open data contract, but I was under the impression that is was a closed contract. My bill for this month on this contract was R 6 184.71. Vodacom was great in keeping me updated on my complaint. I received an email yesterday that they will refund me an amount of R 5027.74 due to the fact that they do not want to lose me as a client although as per invoice when the contract was initiated it was an open contract. I really want to commend Vodacom for the excellent service and for understanding the client’s needs and are willing to refund me almost the full amount of the data usage. I will for sure take note of this Goodwill Gesture and are proud to be a Vodacom customer
