Vodacom is giving me a headache 😫 😩 😡

I'm writing this review for the second time I was promised your team will investigate and after that they will get back to me, but nothing it seems like vodacom it is used to robbing it's customers and getting away with why is it difficult for one to atleast get their refund because what I know for sure vodacom has my banking details on their website but they just lazy to do their work how come you guys demanded your product so quick in 2 days but you're taking for ever to refund me but by the looks of things and I don't think I'll ever get my money back I was ****med by vodacom here😡😡
