Vodacom is full of lies

Vodacom does not have truth. Around January I lost a phone of which it was having an insurance which was covering me up to 30 000 so when I went to claim they said they can't allow me to claim the phone I wanted coz the device I was using is small but insurance I have been paying the one covering me up to 30000 the said I must claim a device costing up to 12000 only. Then I asked about the money I have been paying they said I will get it back after calculating money supposed to be refunded it was around March even today I haven't refunded my money when I call Vodacom admin they said I must call insurance department when I call Insurance department they refere me back to administration.
