Vodacom is full of ***** - sick of it

My Husband is with Vodacom since cellphones was launched dont know how many years ago. January 2017 somebody did a sim swop on one of his contracts without any consent given from him. end of January he recieved a bill for almost R30 000. he called immediatly and they could see it was **********. So they just kept the number open and the bill just kept piling up. In the meantime we paid our account like we usually do. Now they have CUT all Of his numbers whitch one number I use for Business, I can only recieve calls and not make any calls, use Data or send SMS, we are being sent to one person to another to help us with this matter. We aventually came out with the accounts department, the first lady was so rude she just put the phone in my ear, the second guy gave us his name when asked for it and said is is not necessary for his surname, also dropped the phone in our ear. third lady we came out helped us but vry rudely, said we must go to a vodacom shop, but they cant help us the accounts department must. I am so sick and tired of Vodacom, I cant wait to upgrade all 3 phones, and I am definetly going to get a new service provider. And so will I tell all my friends and Family this, Not even my children will ever have Vodacom contracts. because they are PATHETIC ***** SERVICE PROVIDERS who rob you of business. I have printed over R10 000 worth of Marketing promo Items with this number on. and can do no business with a phone that is blocked, that is not even our fault. Vodacom disguss me.
