Vodacom is failing us

I app**** for a laptop contract with was going with cellphone 3 days later they called me from vodacom telling me that my application is approved they said I must wait for another call to confirm my application and they call to confirm Yesterday the courier guy arrived with only simcard contract of which I never app**** for that. I wrote my complaint at vodacom page and they responded that my application was canceled they approved sim only contract how is that possible coz I never app**** for that I needed laptop coz I've just started school and this simcard is useless for me I already have cellphone contract from work
