Vodacom is extremely unprofessional

I tried contacting vodacom today to query my latest statement. Apparently, they have blocked my number because they have been receiving unusual calls from my number recently. The recent calls were not unusual, I was trying to cancel my vodacom contracts with no success, so, I had to call several times. I wouldn't have needed to call several times if they were able to cancel my contract on first command. Even now my contracts have still not been cancelled.

Another reason the automation gave on why my phone is blocked is that they are trying to avoid crime. If that is the case, they why are they asking us several questions on the call to ensure that they are talking to the right person, is that not their way of avoiding crime? This thing of them saying that they are trying to avoid crime is absolute nonsense, they are just trying to avoid talking to me.

Today I had a different issue since I wanted to understand why they are charging me a fee of R53.37 (incl VAT) on my contact for vodacom to vodacom. I don't understand what it is for since I don't receive a monthly airtime from them. I only receive monthly data from them.

How am I going to resolve this issue since they have blocked my number? That Tobi thing on whatsapp is not efficient because it can't answer this specific issue.

I'm really disappointed in Vodacom. Now I'm even going to cancel my fibre contract with them. They are not the only service provider in case they didn't know.
