Vodacom is Eskom's baby?

Byrne 3780 area. We have no power outtage here, bit anyway, Eskom Loadshedding = no Vodacom service? But if loadshedding is for 2 1/2 hours only, why is the Vodacom signal down for hours at a time? Like it has now gone off again at 8am. It was off Mon 11 Oct 2pm until Tues 12 Oct 9.30am. Your service sucks, Vodacom. I want my money back from you. Thanks.
