Vodacom is doing Anoj Singh and the Guptas proud. They are ********ly misleading and **********.
Two Incidents:
Insurance - they proudly to today advertise widely that they offer Insurance that guarantees you a loan phone to the same level as your existing operating system.
Not true. **********! Misleading! *******. I took my phone back to Norwood - NO LOAN PHONES. Schlleped to Sandtons Repair Centre - NO LOAN PHONES. Schlepped to Midrand - NO LOAN PHONES. So my phones in for repairs - NO LOAN PHONE.
UPGRADING - Being time for my Upgrade I wanted to take advantage of their RED Phone a Year deal. Norwood - dont know "What the hell you are talking about".....an actual quote from the Sales Staff. Sandton - Sorry - only select stores - Midrand. Midrand.....its in our brochure but we dont know what its about. The Call - Centre - We cant do it. You have to go into one of our Branches. Ive been with Vodacom for 20 YEARS!!!!!!
