Vodacom is distributing private information

<p>My cell phone account was due for an upgrade and before I knew it somebody had falsified my identity documents and gone to the Cape Gate Vodacom store and executed the upgrade *******ly. How do these people know which accounts are due for an upgrade. Vodacom is allowing personal information to be leaked to *********.</p> <p> </p>
