VODACOM IS DISRESPECTFULAND BREAK PROMISES
Vodacom make promises that they do not keep. I upgraded my phone in December 2021. It still has not been delivered. Vodacom and Ram Hand to Hand Couriers (the latter are the couriers for Vodacom) have messed me around. They promise to deliver, but do not deliver. Vodacom unilaterally cancels the upgrade without notice. They are both pathetic. And disrespectul to me. I shall take this matter further.
