Vodacom is disregarding consumer rights.

We were due for an upgrade, and requested iPhone 12 Pro Max. Vodacom said they have not received stock and we will have to wait a month or longer, to which we agreed. Then the wrong phones arrived the following week. We informed Vodacom that it was not what we asked for, they logged a collection at a courier services, stating that they cannot supply us with a tracking number due to ***** within Vodacom. It is now two weeks later and no one has collected the phones. Vodacom has started the new contracts while they are aware that the phones was returned unopened. Also Priorly to delivery I have numerous times requested that the new proposed contract with the T&C’s be emailed to me, I was promised that it will be done, but has to date received nothing. Vodacom is disregarding all consumer rights. They drop phones and contracts on you, you have no choice. Even if you inform them, and it is logged on the system... they still ignore customers and just renew a contract without us signing any contracts,. Are consumers now bul**** into a contract which they have not seen, forced to accept the incorrect phone. Then costumers have endless problems to get them to collect the wrong handsets.

Reviewer Update
Vodacom has send me an email to inform me that the phones would be collected the next week. That AGAIN did not happen, it is now 32 days later. If Vodacom is not interested in me as a client then I will prefer to leave Vodacom after 26 years.
