Vodacom is dishonest

Ok so me and vodacom again.... me and my children are already over to mtn because of poor service from vodacom. But my husband decided to stay with them. Until now he got a call telling him he is a valued customer blah blah blah and that he gets a new sim with 40g data he asked them not less than 4 times is this n new contract and every time they said no sir it won't cost you anything more... he is now due for an upgrade and know he hears this month is installment is a lot more!!! So he phoned them asking them what is this and they said a new contract this is bull**** this also happend to my n friend vodacom better cancel this contract since we didn't even activate it yet we didn't even open the damn thing we have uncapped at home this was supposed to be just an additional thing since he is such a valued customer not a new contract please listen toe the damn voice recording and when this is sorted we are done with vodacom and I will make sure that this is broadcasted because how many other people do they ***** from like this because this is theft nothing else!! And we will even find out whether we can make a case against vodacom since the recording will clearly show that my husband said he didn't want a new contract any they emphasized that its was not so this was under false pretences.
