Vodacom is disappointing

Most pathetic service ever experienced. I app**** for Fibre with vodacom over a month ago and have still not received the router. They did the installation 2 weeks ago yet the router has not arrived. I have called everyday and every agent I reach promises to follow up however that never Happens. They advised that RAM was to deliver, but RAM NEVER made any contact with me. Today I finally find out that it was sent back to the warehouse. I'm getting ready to cancel this application. Pathetic service.
