Vodacom is disappointing

I have contract with Vodacom for an Iphone 15 Pro , and now it stopped charging and it is only 9 months old .When i called customer service they indicated that i can take it to any store and it will take upto 7-14 days for assessing the problem. However they are not willing to give me a proper courtesy phone . Imagine I am paying R1150 for a phone every mounth for it to stop working and now i have to settle for a low phone . Even a second hand Iphone is better or a proper samsung .
