Vodacom Is dead

I have tried everything now and have resorted to contacting a lawyer to deal with all the unregistered debt collectors that have been bulling me and harassing me over the last few months.

I have been trying to get my account (that has been closed) details like original contract and full billing details and proof that I had a contract with Vodacom for over a year now.

Originally I tried for months after months trying to get the information from Vodacom. I called all the departments Ihave emailed all the mail address I could find on all the Vodacom websites... I have never received responses, just the sales departments calling me back. Now I have these people (Cheri Geldenhuys at Burnard Raaff & Associate ********** ) that have been harassing me for months now. I have since educated my self and I do not think they understand that it is because of my invetigations over the last few years that led them to me. If I just kept quiet about Vodacom I would not have had to deal with anyone as not one ever contacted me abou Vodacom. Now Burnard Raaff & Associate have been threatening me every month and so often. I have been in contact with a Lawyer and I am actually going to persue the lawyers idea. I have read so much on this and Vodacom has been in breach of contract on several ocasians yet I am unable to get through the STUPID uneducated individuals that DO NOT understand the LAW in South Africa. They just refuse to get the law and understand what I am saying because they are and have been getting away with bullying clients and been telling people bull**** that does not ever exist!

I am posting this on hello peter to see what happens to at least let people know out there that the South African legal system is not broken but it is a pain in the F*** ass to get going and to get people to understand it... It is almost like people just follow what the other one said about this thing on this topic and that is somehow the rule and the law of the land.

I don't even think that Hello Peter works any longer, I have posted so so so many posts on this site, no one ever gets back to me or even responds to this complaint.
