Vodacom is ****

I've never used Vodacom in my entire life, my identity was used to take a contract phone and this keeps billing on my name, I find my name on credit bureau owing R14568 which i don't even know, I've reported this several times and no one seems to help me, VODACOM IS ****. Can some one please clear this
