Vodacom is *******

I have ow been struggling with Vodacom for a week as i simply just want to pay my account. The consultants are the rudest I've ever came across and I myself work in a call-centre. The Supervisor from collections was asked to phone me twice and still nothing.

I am discussed with the service as they want your money but also when you want to make a payment it seems that they don't want you to pay.

I would like to get feedback from a manager of the collections department and no Supervisor as they are useless.
