Vodacom is committing ***** on its loyal customers

I would like to share my experience with Vodacom. I am a Vodacom customer since 2015 and did an upgrade to a new phone and package last year. My package included 220 Rand Airtime and 1 Gigabyte of Data and I paid ZAR 380.00 for. I was actually very happy with this package and couldn't complain about it. Last year on the 10th of December at 13:42 om I received a call from a Vodacom sales person called Rawchendrans who advised that I am so a loyal customer and they would like to upgrade me to a better package where I have 2 Gigabyte monthly and 50 free minutes. The sales person advised that the package will be 20 Rand cheaper than my current one. I asked him 5 times if he is sure that the package is the same price than my current one and he said yes. As far as I found out the company this theft person is working for is outsourced by Vodacom and they are sitting in Umhlanga. So the 31st of January came and all of a sudden Vodacom deducted 558 Rand instead of the agreed ZAR 380.00 I immediately phoned the Vodacam customer care center and they advised that the sales person provided wrong information they will listen to the voice recording and will come back to me. NOW we have 18.03.2019 and nobody has ever provided me with feedback neither have I ever received the voice recording. I have phoned the Vodacam customer care service today and told them I would like to migrate to my previous package again with the Rand 220.00 airtime and the 1 Gigbyte. I have been told from an employee of the customer care that I can migrate after 3 month again. Now the lady on my phone conversation today told me that I can migrate but wont get any DATA anymore as per my previous package. I am done with Vodacom. I have never experienced such an *********** bunch of people who are just using the peoples money and misslead them. The sales people there are ***** and are lying to customers to get them agree to packages which will cost more for the clients. I went to a Vodacom store yesterday to sort the matter out. They told me after 2 hours waisting my time there that I can migrate to another package but I have to pay a migration fee of ZAR 1.000 ?????? Wouldnt it be right that Vodacom who is *****ing my money now on a monthly basis is supposed for paying that migration fee???? Why MUST I as a loyal customer pay for something I have been misleaded?????????
