Vodacom is chowing aitime like MTN

I loaded 1Gig data yesterday and it's gone, I keep receiving sms's that I dont have airtime or data when I do. My airtime balance shows me R60, then when I check under balances I have 0.00 for everything, please sort this out or let us know if we should port to another network
