Vodacom is choosing where I live

I recently got a contract. On my very first invoice, I saw that the adress is wrong. I need this to be the right adress, because it is my only proof of residence, and I would love to actually recieve my bill without going into the store. So I go into the store and try to change it to the correct adress, but the lady tells me to phone ********** or ********** , because they cannot change it in the store. So I phone this number and Mpho answers, who tells me that she can't help me, and that I should go into the store. I explain to her that they sent me to her, but she continues to tell me that I am wrong, but doesn't give me any other number to phone or place to go. When I tried to explain that it wouldn't help to go into the store, she just dropped the line. What pathetic service. I guess I should just move to the adress on my bill.

Eventually I got through to someone at the customer care line, who managed to help me. Out of the 7 people I talked to about the problem, only one could help. Does that mean that only about 14% of people working at Vodacom is competent at what they do? That is almost worse than our government!!

Thank you for Ashley for finally helping me. You are a good man and you deserve a raise.
